Our great asset as a company is our continuous experience in the human and animal cremation industry since 1972 (the company was formed 90 years ago). Not only do we manufacture new thermal units but we also undertake renewals and repairs of all makes and models in the industry. Therefore we can see the advantage and disadvantages of the whole range of Uk models and advise on the unit best suited to your needs. We can also provide help regarding general DEFRA, planning & licensing compliance.
Undertaking our essential works at our premises and delivering a turnkey unit for connection to services on site by local suppliers can minimize our costs. We can happily undertake these site works at extra cost. We never leave clients without support and back up and we will supervise and provide reasonable training at no extra cost. (All costs are plus vat)
The degree of sophistication and controls tend to increase up the unit range. We are happy to provide solutions in liaison to customer requirements and provide the extra cost of increased sophistication on a particular unit. Our aim is to provide excellent value products in a method that allows the client to have clear identifiable costs with a choice of fuel use.
We have full specifications for the units listed overleaf and we would be happy to receive your requirements or your own design requirements. The information listed below is a summary of our standard model range. The smallest takes only small domestic type animals and the largest will take horses & cows. THIS UNIT CAN BE FITTED WITH LIMITERS TO POTENTIALLY ALLOW USE IN THE <50Kg EXEMPT BAND & CAN BE A HOT HEARTH MODEL WITH A CENTRAL CREMATING CHAMBER (FLUES ABOVE & BELOW CREMATING CHAMBER). IT CAN ALSO BE A COLD HEARTH WITH THE CREMATING CHAMBER AT GROUND LEVEL. FOR PET CREMATORIA THE STANDARD INDUSTRY MODEL IS THE AD-ENCORE BUT A CHEAPER ALTERNATVE IS THE AD-ENURE. THE DISADVANTAGES OF THE AD-ENURE IS THE DAILY CAPACITY IS LOWER AND IT IS A COLD HEARTH UNIT (TALLOW BUILD UP). HOWEVER THE FUEL EFFICIENCY IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE AD-ENCORE AND UNLESS THE CREMATORIUM IS GUARANTEED TO BE BUSY STRAIGHT AWAY THEN IT WOULD BE BEST TO START WITH THE AD-ENURE AND EITHER UPGRADE LATER TO THE AD-ENCORE(PART EXCHANGE) OR JUST TO ADD A SECOND AD-ENURE TO INCREASE CAPACITY.

PLANNING PERMISSION, A SITE LICENSE, A WASTE CARRIERS LICENSE AND DEFRA AUTHORISATION WILL PROBABLY BE REQUIRED.
BUILDING SHOULD BE ON A SMOOTH LEVEL BASE AWAY FROM RESIDENTIALOR COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT. A SITE WITH POTENTIAL FOR MEMORIALS & GARDENS NEAR A MAIN ROAD WOULD BE AN EXCELLENT ADVANTAGE. WORD OF MOUTH WILL BE THE BEST & PROBABLY THE ONLY ECONOMIC FORM OF ADVERTISING
INCOME STREAMS ARE HIGHLY DEPENDENT ON HAVING A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH LOCAL VETERINARY PRACTICES AND HAVING A GOOD CATCHMENT AREA.
